Dear Partners,

In view of the observation made by HEPURA in relation to the adoption of our recently updated Code of Business Conduct and the pandemic situation caused by the coronavirus, in case of a potential oversubscription relating to the offer announcement in the subject of “Storage capacity offer of Hungarian Gas Storage Ltd for the storage year 2021-2022, available capacities from 1st April 2021”, MFGT will apply the following procedure instead of an auction in person:

Case I: Capacity fees (HUF/kWh) calculated from submitted requests by using the tariff formula are different:

1. the request with the highest capacity fee (HUF/kWh) is confirmed

2. the request with the second highest capacity fee (HUF/kWh) is confirmed

   (process continues as long as there is available capacity)

3. requests with the identical capacity fees (HUF/kWh) are confirmed on a pro rata basis

Case II: Capacity fees (HUF/kWh) calculated from submitted requests by using the tariff formula are identical: requests are confirmed on a pro rata basis
